- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, smooth it out.
- Spoon dollops of Nutella over the batter and swirl gently.
