Preparation Steps
- Chill the glass by placing it in the freezer for about 5–10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum if desired. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or lime juice if needed, and add more pineapple juice if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the mixture into the chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream, a fresh raspberry, a slice of pineapple, and/or a sprig of mint.
