Preparation Steps
  1. Chill the glass by placing it in the freezer for about 5–10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum if desired. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or lime juice if needed, and add more pineapple juice if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Pour the mixture into the chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream, a fresh raspberry, a slice of pineapple, and/or a sprig of mint.
