Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine two packages of softened cream cheese, one cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and one envelope of dry ranch dressing mix. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Fold in the finely diced red bell pepper and five seeded jalapeño peppers into the creamy mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the jalapeño dip into a serving dish, spreading it evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and serve with Tostitos Scoop chips.
