Preparation Steps

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to combine, ensuring all fruit is coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill.
