Matcha Soda Preparation
- Sift the matcha tea powder into a bowl to ensure there are no clumps.
- Add room temperature or hot water to the sifted matcha and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the matcha mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Whisk the remaining matcha powder with another ¼ cup of water until foamy.
- Place matcha ice cubes in a glass, add sweetener, then pour in whisked matcha.
- Top it off with sparkling water and stir lightly.
- Serve immediately and garnish with mint leaves or citrus slices if desired.
