  3. After 20 minutes, add the fresh asparagus tips, tossing them with the potatoes. Drizzle more olive oil if needed, then return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Check for doneness, ensuring potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside. Season with additional balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper before serving.
