  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together ¾ cup softened unsalted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, and ¾ cup brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
