Method
 

Prepare Meatballs and Tzatziki
  1. Prep Ingredients: Mince garlic, chop parsley, zest and juice lime, grate cucumber. Gather ingredients.
  2. Make Meatball Mixture: Combine ground chicken, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, egg, breadcrumbs, and feta in a bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, scallion, lime juice, and squeezed cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake Meatballs: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
