- In a large mixing bowl, combine Stove Top stuffing, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup. Mix thoroughly.

- Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (70°C).
