Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until fully blended and airy, about 2 minutes. Mix in the milk, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour the egg mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Crumble the cooked bacon and sprinkle it over the egg mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
