- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fresh broccoli, cook for 3-5 minutes until tender, then drain.
- In a frying pan, cook thick-cut bacon over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, add leftover bacon fat; sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Add to the pan with sautéed garlic, cooking until slightly thickened.
- Fold in the pre-boiled broccoli, crumbling crispy bacon on top. Serve warm.
