- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it.
- In a medium bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with Boursin cheese, securing with toothpicks if desired.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and coat generously with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the greased baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
