  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the boneless chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a shallow dish, combine flour with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken thigh in this mixture, shaking off excess.
  2. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden. Flip, reduce heat to medium, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove chicken from heat and brush with half of the bang bang sauce. Serve with remaining sauce and sides.
