Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook wide rice noodles for 4-6 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not burned.
  4. Add chosen protein and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes for chicken or 2-3 minutes for shrimp until fully cooked.
  5. Add seasonal vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  6. Add the prepared noodles, soy sauce, and sugar; toss together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve on plates and optionally drizzle with extra soy sauce or lime juice before enjoying.
