- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, fresh thyme, umami seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, coarse black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the filling into a piping bag and snip a corner off.
- Place halved morel mushrooms cut side up on a baking sheet. Pipe the creamy filling into each mushroom.
- Melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs until coated.
