  3. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip, brush with glaze, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Toast the burger buns, then layer fresh lettuce, a glazed turkey patty, shredded carrots, and cucumber on the bottom half before adding cilantro and the top bun.
