Step-by-Step Instructions for Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- Wash and chop the bell peppers, red onion, broccoli florets, zucchini, and baby potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the chopped vegetables.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- After removing the pan from the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
