Step-by-Step Instructions for Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Wash and chop the bell peppers, red onion, broccoli florets, zucchini, and baby potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cut the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the chopped vegetables.
  4. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
  6. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. After removing the pan from the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
