- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet until just mixed.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl for the filling.
- Scoop cookie dough, add cheesecake filling and strawberry jam, then enclose of the dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers remain soft.
- Cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze and sprinkle sparkling sugar on top.
