  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Make sure it's specifically labeled as 'Buffalo Wing'.
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Homemade ranch mix works excellently too!
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Melt it for a gooey, irresistible topping.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides, then arrange in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a medium skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the buffalo wing sauce and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  5. Generously spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each zucchini boat, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly, then serve garnished with ranch dressing and green onions if desired.
