  1. Select a large wooden or slate board as your canvas. Place the sharp or smoked cheddar and wine-soaked cheddar in the center.
  2. Surround the cheese with generously sliced dry cured Spanish chorizo, salami, and prosciutto, fanning them out creatively.
  3. Scatter green apple slices and black grapes around the cheese and meats, then add mini pretzels and a variety of crackers.
