  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella) Can mix with other cheeses
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used for bolder flavor
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Can substitute with sautéed fresh onion
For the Spooky Twist
  • 1 tbsp Artificial Food Coloring (Green) Optional, can use spinach puree for natural color

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and green food coloring. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
