Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Eggs - Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling - Peel and halve the eggs, scoop yolks into a bowl, add mayonnaise and Dijon, mash until creamy.
  3. Step 3: Assemble the Spooky Spiders - Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves, pile filling slightly. Slice olives for legs and place on top.
  4. Step 4: Garnish and Present - Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley or chives around the eggs, arrange on a platter.
