Assembly
- Rinse and hull the strawberries, then pat them dry gently.
- Thread a brownie square, a strawberry, and a marshmallow onto each skewer in alternating order.
- Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving space at one end.
Chocolate Drizzle
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval.
- Once melted and smooth, drizzle it over the assembled kabobs or dip them into the melted chocolate.
