Method
 

Preparation

Assembly
  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries, then pat them dry gently.
  2. Thread a brownie square, a strawberry, and a marshmallow onto each skewer in alternating order.
  3. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving space at one end.
Chocolate Drizzle
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval.
  2. Once melted and smooth, drizzle it over the assembled kabobs or dip them into the melted chocolate.
Chilling
