Ingredients
  

For the Cashews
  • 2 cups Raw Cashews Feel free to swap with pecans or almonds.
For the Sweet Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup Agave syrup can be used as an alternative.
For the Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adjust to your liking.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger Can be reduced or omitted.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves Use sparingly or omit.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated Nutmeg Ground nutmeg works as well.
For Topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon Flaky Salt Optional; start with a small quantity.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare your work surface by lining a sheet pan with parchment paper and setting it aside.
  2. In a medium skillet, combine raw cashews, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and grated nutmeg over medium heat.
  3. Continuously stir for about 5 to 7 minutes until the syrup thickens and coats the nuts.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan, spreading the nuts evenly. Sprinkle flaky salt if desired.
  5. Allow to cool completely at room temperature before enjoying.
