- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and beaten egg in a large mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix gently until uniformly blended.
- Roll small portions of the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them onto the lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by whisking together honey, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a serving dish and drizzle the warm sauce over them.
