  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can substitute with agave for a vegan alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust according to spice preference

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Any vegetable oil can be used

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss trimmed Brussels sprouts with olive oil and kosher salt.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts flat side down on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix honey and sriracha together until smooth to create the glaze.
  5. Once roasted, toss Brussels sprouts with the honey sriracha mixture and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Roast for an additional 5 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize, then serve warm.
