- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger. Whisk them together until well incorporated.
- Coat the salmon fillets generously with the prepared marinade. Let the salmon sit for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while the salmon is marinating.
- Once marinated, place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
- After baking, remove the salmon from the oven and let it cool for a few moments. Serve the Sweet Chilli Salmon alongside jasmine rice or your favorite steamed vegetables.
