Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry 2-3 ripe peaches, slice in half, remove pits, and dice into 1/4-inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Wash and finely dice 1 red bell pepper and 1 red onion. Mince 1 jalapeño pepper and add to the bowl.
  3. Chop a bunch of cilantro and stir into the peach mixture.
