  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Minty Yogurt Sauce Blend Greek yogurt, sour cream, cilantro, mint, scallions, roasted cumin, and garlic
  • 1 jalapeño Jalapeño Optional for heat

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut each sprout in half.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, mustard oil, and the blend of spices.
  3. Gently toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the spice mixture until well-coated.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then serve immediately.
