Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove discolored leaves. Halve each sprout.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese with olive oil until smooth.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture at the bottom of the baking dish. Press halved Brussels sprouts cut-side down into the cheese.
  5. Drizzle more olive oil over the sprouts and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  6. Roast Brussels sprouts for 28-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let the Brussels sprouts rest for 5-10 minutes, then drizzle with spicy honey before serving.
