- Pour 1/4 cup of water into the bottom of your slow cooker to create steam.
- Place 2 pounds of rinsed baby carrots into the slow cooker on top of the water.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt over the carrots.
- Cut 1/4 cup of butter into 4-6 pieces and distribute over the carrots.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
- Stir gently at the 2-hour mark to distribute the glaze.
- After 3-4 hours, check for doneness and serve, garnishing with fresh dill if desired.
