Method
 

Marinating and Cooking
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients and then add the chicken, coating well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 15 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, mix peanut sauce ingredients and heat gently until smooth.
  5. Assemble the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  7. Cook the chicken skewers on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  8. Serve the skewers alongside the peanut sauce for dipping.
