  • 1/2 cup Strong Brewed Coffee or Espresso or instant coffee granules

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or silken tofu as a replacement
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt or Plant-Based Yogurt or Greek yogurt for non-dairy free
For Sweetness and Flavor
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of Choice honey, sugar, stevia, or erythritol
  • a pinch Salt omit for low-sodium version
  • to taste tablespoons Cocoa Powder for dusting on top

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of your preferred milk, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee, 1-2 tablespoons of your chosen sweetener, a pinch of salt, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Mix thoroughly until the chia seeds are well incorporated.
  2. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to individual serving containers. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight if possible.
  3. If you opted for unsweetened yogurt, sweeten it to your taste with your favorite sweetener and mix well.
  4. Spoon the thickened chia pudding into bowls or glasses. Top each serving generously with the sweetened yogurt, and dust a layer of cocoa powder on top.
  5. Enjoy your Tiramisu Chia Pudding immediately or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to four days.
