  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves or substitute with basil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional; substitute with agave or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel, seed, and dice the pineapple; set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Combining
