Method
- In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water, pineapple juice, coconut water, and vanilla extract to the pitcher. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
