Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice about 10-12 lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water, pineapple juice, coconut water, and vanilla extract to the pitcher. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
