  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 4 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes

  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, coconut water, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
