Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and coat a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool and crumble.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the medium egg noodles according to package instructions, about 7-9 minutes until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  4. Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, canned peas, drained canned tuna, crumbled bacon, and seasonings into the pot of egg noodles. Stir until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Crush the Goldfish crackers in a zip-top bag and sprinkle on top of the casserole mixture.
  7. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
