  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese sharp cheddar works best
  • 1/3 cup Milk substitute with water if necessary

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, ground pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk.
  3. Use your hands to scoop out about 2-3 tablespoons of the dough at a time and roll into balls.
  4. Place the sausage balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  5. Bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch, checking internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let cool slightly for about 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
