- Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) and line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper.
- Unroll the vegan puff pastry onto a clean, lightly floured surface. Spread 3-4 tablespoons of vegan Nutella on one half of the pastry.
- Carefully fold the plain side of the pastry over the Nutella and seal the edges.
- Cut the pastry into strips approximately 1-2 cm wide and twist gently to create spiraled shapes, forming circular nests.
- Place the twisted nests onto your prepared trays and brush lightly with dairy-free milk, then sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the nests cool on a wire rack, then whip the dairy-free cream with cocoa powder until soft peaks form.
- Pipe the chocolate cream onto each nest and top with vegan mini eggs.
