Creamy Matcha Foam
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or cream of your choice) Non-dairy alternatives for vegan version
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Adjust to taste, honey as alternative
  • 1-2 teaspoons Matcha Powder Sift for smooth texture

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine your choice of milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Sift matcha powder into the mixture to avoid clumps. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until smooth and frothy.
  2. Take a tall glass, fill it with ice cubes and pour in coconut water, allowing it to settle at the bottom.
  3. Slowly pour the whisked matcha mixture over the back of a spoon above the coconut water to create layers.
  4. Garnish with matcha powder or coconut shavings and serve immediately.
