  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, chopped mint leaves, and diced red onion.
  2. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad mixture. Gently toss to combine, being careful not to break up the watermelon too much.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
