Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
