Preparation
- Knead CMC powder into the orange fondant and shape into legs and shoes. Allow to set overnight.
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and grease cake pans. Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs, dry ingredients, and milk. Bake for 45-50 minutes and cool completely.
- Cream remaining butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla, and food coloring until fluffy and light.
- Cut cake layers into circles and layer into jars, alternating cake and buttercream.
- Insert fondant legs into buttercream and add sprinkles if desired before serving.
