  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the fajita seasoning ingredients and stir well.
  3. Rub most of the seasoning onto the chicken breasts, reserving a small amount for vegetables.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Slice the bell peppers and onion, and layer them on top of the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved seasoning over the vegetables evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F) and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Broil for an additional 2 minutes for a crispy top, watching closely.
