- Wash and chop 1-2 jalapenos, 2-3 garlic cloves, and a handful of cilantro. Remove jalapeno seeds for milder flavor.
- In a food processor, combine chopped jalapenos, pine nuts, cilantro, garlic, and salt. Pulse for 10-15 seconds until small pieces form.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil, blending for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; blend again as necessary until well mixed.
