  1. In a mini food processor, add garlic, parsley, chives, cilantro, and salt. Pulse for 15-20 seconds until roughly chopped.
  2. Add olive oil and tahini to the herb mixture. Pulse for 20-30 seconds until creamy.
  3. Incorporate lemon juice and zest, then add cold water. Pulse for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust salt if needed. Transfer to a serving bowl. Store in the fridge if not using immediately.
