Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and honey. Set ingredients on the counter.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the blender. If using, add parsley and honey.
  3. Blend at medium speed for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette into a mason jar or airtight container for storage.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour to meld flavors. Shake before serving.
  6. Give it a good shake before serving to recombine any separated ingredients.
