- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and spread them out on the sheet pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Whisk until smooth.
- Set aside ¼ cup of the sauce. Coat the salmon with the remaining sauce on the sheet pan.
- Position the salmon and broccoli close together on the sheet pan, skin-side down.
- Bake for approximately 18 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender.
- Serve with the reserved orange ginger sauce drizzled over the salmon.
