Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and spread them out on the sheet pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Set aside ¼ cup of the sauce. Coat the salmon with the remaining sauce on the sheet pan.
  5. Position the salmon and broccoli close together on the sheet pan, skin-side down.
  6. Bake for approximately 18 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender.
  7. Serve with the reserved orange ginger sauce drizzled over the salmon.
