- Cook the spiral-shaped pasta according to the package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes, until it’s al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water for a couple of minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, seafood cocktail sauce, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cooled pasta, cooked shrimp, chopped tomato, green onions, sweet red pepper, and parsley into the dressing.
