Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin ribbons or strips. Peel and slice the onion thinly for uniform caramelization.
  2. Heat the wok or large skillet over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add oil to coat the pan.
  3. Add the sliced onions to the hot oil and sauté for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  4. Toss in the zucchini ribbons and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until softened while retaining color.
